Amending Place grew from the belief that healing is more than mending what feels broken. Just as we amend soil with nutrients or a document with improvements, the healing journey allows us to evolve and change for the better. Through the alchemy of our internal stories we become stronger, more resilient, centered, and confident. We're able to live from a place of greater attunement and authenticity, true to ourselves while also deepening our connection with others.
About Me
Hi, I’m Jackie, a holistic therapist who helps people reconnect with themselves, relieve stressful or painful patterns, and grow in ways that bring more balance and joy in their lives. My approach blends evidence-based practices with a deep respect for each person’s inner wisdom and capacity to heal. Together, we explore how life experiences have shaped your thoughts, emotions, and relationships to help unravel what feels stuck or misunderstood.
My work is trauma-informed and grounded in the mind–body connection. Depending on your needs, I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, somatic awareness, and expressive arts. I’m a Level Two Certified IFS therapist and mastery-level trained in PRT, having worked with Alan Gordon’s Pain Psychology Center since 2021. I’m always deepening my work through ongoing study in neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and the ways emotional and physical healing are intertwined.


Cultivating Growth
Coming to therapy often begins with a quiet knowing that something needs attention. You might be tired of trying to figure it out alone or you're confused by repeating patterns and reactions. Sometimes there are an onslaught of difficult circumstances or you may want to focus on new goals for your future. There's a nudging that there's a better way or a need for support during shifting seasons. I'm here to offer a thoughtful and collaborative space to help process and untangle what’s happening internally and around you. Tools with evidence-based modalities will begin to shift old patterns that no longer serve you and unburden limiting beliefs that may still impact choices today. We'll work to bring calm to the body, clarity to the mind, and healing to the parts of you that need care the most.
